USPS First Class Internationalで送ってほしい

Would you consider shipping this by USPS First Class International to Vancouver, Canada? If yes can you please give me a quote? The shipping calculator is showing $42.45 which doesn't seem right.

Hi - Wow - under any circumstances $42.45 is way out of line. I would ship via First Class Int'l if you request it and understand that there is no way to track or insure, etc. Cost would be $7.75.
