800ワットの8chミキサーの購入者です。アイテムナンバーは＊＊＊＊＊＊＊、2010年6月にeBay経由で買いました。家用に買い、先週まであまり使っていませんでしたが、気付けばシステムが動かなくなっていました。信号は受けているようなのですが、スピーカー側のチャンネルの様子がどこかおかしいようです。この商品は一年間の保証書があるので、修理か交換の適用をお願いできますか？ 電話番号は******で、Paypalの取引番号は****です。

I purchased a "800 Watt 8 channel professional powered mixer", item number 330429859036 via ebay in June of 2010. I purchased this for use at home, but seldom used it until last week, when I realized that the system did not work. It receives signals, but there is something wrong with the channels towards the speakers. 売り手を間違ってはいないでしょうか？ 当方では800ワットのミキサーを販売したことはありません。当店では写真を掲示している６００ワットのものしか販売しておりません。

Did you get the right seller. We never sell the 800 watt mixer. The only one we sell is 600 watt as the display pic. Thanks
