・未開封または工場出荷時の封がされた状態
・オリジナルのシュリンクラップ（フィルム）がかかっている

CDやDVDの「Like New」の定義は・・・

An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact.

・シュリンクラップを取っただけのような状態
・見てわかる傷がなく、どこから見ても欠陥が無く完璧なもの

になります。

てなわけで、シュリンクをはがしたCDを「Brand New」として出品してはいけないのです。

しかし気になる点があるのならば出品者に聞いてみるのが一番です。
